- North West Network was established by a consortium of voluntary sector organisations in 1993 and provides technical advice, information and training for the voluntary sector within the Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Lancashire and Cumbria sub-regions on how to access and manage funds from the European Union. The new North West Network website was launched in December 2002 and can be found at, www.nwnetwork.org.uk.
